These classes are assessed by the instructor according to the student's level of fitness. If a student joins any group class, he or she will be participating with other students who are at comparable levels.
We require a credit card number to reserve your session.
Mat Class Information
Mat class is for students who have completed their Getting Started checklist and taken Private sessions. Use the MindBody icon and click on the 'Classes' tab to view mat class times.
Mat classes are classified as Basic, Basic/Intermediate, Intermediate, and Intermediate/Advanced.
First time Mat students must take Basic Mat.
Group Reformer Class Information
Joseph Pilates invented the Reformer to facilitate students' powerhouse engagement. Here at the Body Awareness Studio we continue the tradition of his teaching. Our instructors utilize all aspects of the Reformer, including the adjustable spring tension, straps, and bars to guide you through a workout designed to increase core strength and stability, flexibility, and range of motion. Classes are available for students of all levels.

Private Sessions & More
Before you start the weekly classes, we request that you schedule a Private (one-on-one with a Instructor Trainer or Instructor) or Semi-Private (two-plus people) session depending on teacher availability. Please call (404) 252-7550 for information on Private and Semi-Private sessions. All classes and sessions are by appointment! Please give us a call to schedule.
